the perks of being a wallflower

Hello, my name is Rachel.

I live in a small town that is growing every single day.

I brake for birds and small animals when I am driving.

I rock a lot of polka dots and favor wearing stripes.

I have touched glitter in the last 24 hours,

And that doesn’t mean that I’m not strong or tough or smart.

I pray constantly and I read every chance I get.

I like eating cookies and avoiding confrontation.

I am always the one that loves more. That’s my thing.

I have an odd fascination with flowers and gardening.

I tend to spend the later hours of the day writing or watching older movies.

I like candles. I like quilts. I like traveling. I like hoping.

I enjoy watching sports and creating new things.

I am under-developed and over-excitable.

I am just a 20 year old college student still living with her parents,

and trying to show God’s love to the world.
